You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription within the app. No need to contact us.
Your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact support@pinaluna.com within 14 days of the charge.
You can reactivate your Premium subscription at any time from the upgrade page. Your previous conversations and matches are preserved.
Members who join PinaLuna through a Referral Leader’s link become part of that Leader’s network. Commission rates for network members are identical to all other referrers. PinaLuna pays Referral Leaders a 15% override bonus based on network member earnings. This override is funded entirely by PinaLuna and is never deducted from network member commissions.
The ₱500 joining bonus and any referral commission credits are held as account balance and are only redeemable once a minimum balance of ₱1,000 has been reached through verified referral activity. Account balances below ₱1,000 are non-withdrawable and non-transferable. In the event of account closure or deletion, any balance below the ₱1,000 withdrawal threshold is forfeited and will not be paid out in any form. Balances at or above ₱1,000 at the time of account closure may be withdrawn by submitting a withdrawal request before requesting account deletion. PinaLuna will not process withdrawal requests after an account deletion request has been submitted.
